Flume, Liberty | 3.9.2021

Peak: Flume, Liberty
Trails: Lincoln Woods, Osseo, Franconia Ridge
Mileage: 16.4
Elevation Gain: 5,147′
Weather: 26(F), 70% humidity, Felt like low twenties or high teens in the wind at the summits.
Ground Conditions: Found the trail very easy to follow and kept it simple and wore snowshoes off of LWT. A couple easy to navigate blowdowns throughout the day, with the main bunch between Liberty springs FRT junction and Little Haystack mountain. In that same portion the snow did feel a little softer. Looked like a variety of snowshoe and light traction in terms of prints.
Notes: Beautiful morning to be out there! On the way up Osseo, I noticed a set of tracks that continued up the steps/ladders portion and over flume and a decent ways over the FRT.
